Our Mission
We break the silence around cancer, especially for men of colour, by creating safe spaces to talk, share and support each other.
A judgement-free space to talk and be heard.
Emotional support for anyone affected by cancer.
Walking together to improve our mental and physical health.
Encouraging early detection and open conversations.
Stronger together. Building a community that cares.
Founder's Story
Diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer, Denzil turned his pain into purpose. After losing his brother to cancer and facing his own battle, he created a space where men can talk, walk and support each other.
Men do not talk in these moments of doubt and uncertainty. If I can save just one life by sharing my experience, it will be worth it.

"It's not a sign of weakness to ask for help or to share your feelings. For me it is a sign of strength."
